WHAT WE NEVER DO
ASIA CMG never sends emails asking its clients provide their personal or account information via email. Be aware of possible scams, such as "phishing" emails. Phishing emails are emails designed to
deceive recipients into revealing personal information. These emails links to websites that look like the legitimate company's website.

Under any circumstances don't give out your personal information to anyone. If you receive a susceptive email pretending to be from ASIA CMG please contact us immediately to report the incident. Do
not reply to or click any links in such an email.

PROTECT YOURSELF
We encourage everyone to take the necessary security measures to protect your personal information;

(i) Always verify the website name in the address bar of your internet browser (i.e.: www.asiacmg.com) before you login to any website

(ii) Keep your username and passwords safe. Do not allow anyone access to your username or password.

(iii) Change your passwords regularly and follow the good practise of password selection when setting your password:
- Use a combination of letters and digits. Avoid combinations of your name, names of friends or relatives, birthday dates, numeric sequences or any other combinations that can be easily guessed.
- Use different passwords for every website you access
- Change your passwords frequently
- Always log out to end your session.

(iv) Delete emails with attachments and links from unknown sources
(v) Install a reliable and well renomated virus protection software and scan all downloadable files and software before installing or using them.
(vi) Install a personal firewall to prevent unauthorized people from secretly accessing your computer.
